Aman Saxena, P.Eng, M.Eng – Principal

Aman Saxena is a seasoned structural engineer with a passion for delivering high-performance, efficient, and sustainable building solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Galgotias University (2016) and a Master’s degree in Structural and Earthquake Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver (2019). He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).

With extensive hands-on experience in both design and project delivery, Aman has led and contributed to a wide range of successful projects across North America and internationally. His portfolio includes:

Sushil Saxena – Managing Partner (Retired Engineer, Government of Uttar Pradesh)

With over four decades of extensive experience in engineering and construction, Mr. Sushil Saxena stands as a pillar of technical expertise and practical wisdom within the firm. He served for 39 years as an engineer with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, where he was instrumental in planning, designing, and supervising a wide range of public infrastructure projects that shaped the urban fabric of the state.

During his long tenure with various municipal corporations in Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Saxena oversaw critical projects involving road design and construction supervision, building development, and flyover construction—ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Following his government service, he contributed his expertise to Smart City Bareilly as a project engineer, where he successfully managed infrastructure works worth over ₹900 crore. His notable projects include the ₹175-crore Bareilly Haat with Handicraft Centre, the Skywalk, the Mirror Maze at Gandhi Udhyaan, the Laser Fountain at Akshar Vihar, and the Elevated Corridor construction—all of which collectively transformed the city’s urban landscape.
